Brushing, Flossing, Using Mouthwash - which comes first?

Order Of How To Clean Your Teeth
Teeth can withstand a lifetime if you maintain a regular dental hygiene routine that includes cleaning teeth, eating healthy food and paying regular visits to your dentist like Dr. Catherine Fermelia, for check-ups and periodic professional cleaning.
Developing healthy dental habits is the most effective way to prevent cavities and gum disease, and the daily routine for oral hygiene is the most important step that we must never neglect, if we want to have healthy and strong teeth.
Besides toothbrush and toothpaste, we also need dental floss and mouthwash. The advantages of using them include:
-        cavities prevention; cavities can also cause more serious problems, such as infections
-        periodontitis prevention (periodontitis is the inflammation of gums and other periodontal structures, caused by bacteria accumulated on the teeth; its  consequence is the potential loss of the teeth)
-        shortening the visits to the dentist and turning them into more enjoyable visits
-        saving money (dental treatments are very expensive!)
-        bad breath and stained teeth prevention
-        improving health in general
However, many people are not sure in which order these three teeth cleaning solutions should be used.
Start with the dental floss to unblock food stuck in hard-to-reach areas. Continue with regular tooth brushing, and finally rinse with mouthwash, for maximum hygiene.
